Immediate opening for an experienced Baker with a strong interest, if not experience in, high volume production, healthy baking techniques and can read and must be able to read and scale recipes with precision. The ideal candidate will be able to work accurately and quickly, and be flexible and focused. This is a high volume production kitchen that produces HIGH END, HEALTHY MEALS.
