Position Description

The Party Host position at IPC is all about helping our birthday and party guests have fun and make Incredible memories. Birthday parties and group events are HUGE at IPC! It'll be your job to plan and execute an Incredible party for a special birthday child. Yep, were pretty much paying you to hype up the party. No, were not mad about it, and, yes, we'll show you how we do it. You'll also get the chance to earn tips! Our biggest flex is that our employees treat fellow teammates and managers with respect and support, ensuring a neat and fun department to work in!

Position Requirements, Responsibilities, and Perks:

• Enjoys working in a fun, team-oriented atmosphere
• Possesses the ability and patience to work with large groups including adults and children of all ages
• Ability to follow our IPC party structure and training
• Requires good physical condition and strength. No, you do not need to be a bodybuilder for this position, but you will need the ability to be on your feet for several hours and move supplies/equipment.
• Assists in maintaining a neat, clean, and organized birthday party supply storage area, party hall, and party rooms
• Performs duties as assigned by the Party Hall Manager and other managers
• Ability to interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly, fun, and courteous way
• Well-groomed and neat appearance
