Carousel Motor Group is seeking a Parts Counterperson who will be responsible for assisting technicians and selling parts and accessories directly to customers. The Parts Counterperson has complete knowledge of the parts inventory and the use of the parts catalogs.

This position has a 2nd shift schedule of Monday-Friday from 2:30pm-11:00pm with a Saturday rotation once per month from 8:00am-5:00pm

Job Requirements:

• Valid in-state driver's license with acceptable driving record
• One year of experience in an automotive parts department
• One year of sales experience
• Superior communication and customer service skills
• Proven follow-up and organizational skills
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret written information and instructions
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, etc.
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns
• Ability to effectively manage time
• Basic computer skills
