****20 hours/week**** What you can expect to do in this role: · To assist community manager in maintaining the physical asset. · To assist in building relationships and understand the needs of the residents, while holding them accountable for the terms within the lease. · Administrative duties as assigned. What you can bring to the role: · Administrative, customer service and communication skills. · Strong time management and organizational skills. · Strong attention to detail and consistent follow through. · Professional appearance and demeanor. · Strong computer skills as well as knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. · The ability to manage several tasks at once while remaining detailed and well organized. · The ability to create and maintain internal and external relationships. · Active knowledge of all Fair Housing laws. What is required: · Some evening and weekend work may be required; must be able to work a flexible schedule that may include holidays. · High school diploma or equivalent. · Valid driver's license.
