Internal Medicine Clinic is seeking a Part Time Front Office Medical Assistant to join their team ASAP! We are seeking to URGENTLY HIRE!

Work Schedule will be Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 8:30 am to 3:30 pm!

Required Criteria:

Front Office:

  • Check in and checkout patients
  • Answer call's and schedule appointments
  • Eligibility and insurance verification
  • Experience with EMR
  • Knowledge of IPA's, HMO, PPO
  • Greeting patients/patient intake
  • Optimizes patients' satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone.

Additional Details:

  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • 1 year of front office experience
  • Mental health experience a plus
  • Referrals and authorizations
  • Must have medical office experience

Required Education & Certification:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
