Grade 3 POSITION PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES: This position will be part-time working 24 hours a week. The hours are flexible based on the candidates availability. Contact Center hours are seven days a week from 7am-7pm. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: While performing the duties of this position, the associate is regularly required to sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear. The associate frequently is required to stand or walk. The associate is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms. The associate must occasionally lift and/or move 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, and distance vision. The Contact Center Representative is responsible for providing outstanding service to all that contact Republic Bank, client or non-client. The Contact Center Representative will place a strong emphasis on cross-selling bank products when servicing accounts. The Representative will also strive to provide accurate information to all inquiries while following departmental procedures and bank policies to achieve their individual performance goals.
