-Research, audit and process unanticipated/additional charges according to our customer and vendor requirements or within timeline goals of the department.
-Notify the customer and request customer approvals of additional charges within the customers’ timeframe parameters.
-Relentlessly pursue proper supporting documentation from vendors to be able to invoice customers and pay vendors.
-Calculate and communicate accurate charges to customers along with the appropriate documentation to ensure prompt payment.
-Ensuring proper comments are included on each outgoing invoice, as well as in Alliance system.
-Research, audit, communicate, and work with other departments or team members to resolve customer/vendor invoice inquiries and/or disputes.
-Audit, allocate, and process per diem invoices
-Monitor, reply and manage departmental email communication.
-Handle other projects as assigned.
-Contribute to Business Plan development and implementation.
-Promote everyday communication, teamwork, and overall goodwill of Alliance and its team members.
-Proficient in the following computer skills: data entry, email and MS Office including Excel and Word
-Detail orientated, self-motivated, confident and articulate in handling multiple tasks.
-Candidate must have the ability to provide internal and external customers with achieved results.
-Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills as well as thorough communication skills via phone and email.
-Ability to work alone as well as maintaining a “team player” attitude is key.
-Manage time appropriately to complete assigned tasks within the work day as well as assist other team members if needed.
-Logistics Transportation background is desirable.
-Attention to detail a must. The ability to maintain an orderly and well-organized data/work area.
-College degree preferred, but not required.
