POSITION SUMMARY

: The Parking Service Center Operator will be a part-time position working in the Parking Service Center fielding customer calls, in person customer walk ins and support for the parking operations of JBG SMITH.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

:
  • Answer calls made to the PSC through offsite intercoms and phone calls with customer focused interaction in mind.
  • Assist customers with payments and monthly parker sign up
  • Maintain service and repair logs
  • Maintain log of issues and report issues to incoming shift member
  • Review all systems and ensure site operations
  • Assist in reporting cash input and analysis of financial and occupancy reports
  • Inspect and assess garage conditions
  • Ensure parking and parking areas are to brand standard
  • Triage and repair equipment
  • Assist in various task

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED (REQUIREMENTS)

:
  • Must understand the paramount importance of customer experience and be committed to creating a continually improving customer experience culture within the Parking & Mobility group.
  • Clearly articulate and guide customers through payment, signup and other concerns customers may have.
  • Must possess strong organizational and good attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with a team and also work independently when required
  • Willing and understand basic mechanical repairs

Education/Experience
:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 year of call center experience
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations :
  • NA
Technical Experience :
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, Skidata, IntegraPark, and TIBA.

May occasionally be required to lift up to 50 pounds and move a distance of 30 feet as needed. Must be able to move freely throughout the property, including moving up and down stairs. Must be able to sit for up to 50% of the workday.
