Position Summary: Constangy, Brooks, Smith & Prophete LLP seeks a full-time Worker’s Compensation Paralegal with 2 or more years of experience to join the Macon, GA office. Ideal candidates should have a thorough understanding of workers’ compensation and occupational health cases, civil litigation procedures, and experience managing cases through the full life cycle of litigation. Employer-side, labor & employment defense experience strongly preferred, but candidates with substantive civil litigation experience and a demonstrated interest in labor and employment law will be considered. Our ideal candidate must be an independent thinker, detail-oriented, able to prioritize and manage time efficiently, able to multi-task and work with a high degree of accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills are required.
