Paralegal

• Familiarity with State and Federal court procedures and rules;
• Ability to work in a team-based setting with Legal Secretaries supporting a group of attorneys;
• Open to taking on new responsibilities and challenging tasks;
• Excellent organizational, analytical & problem-solving skills with the ability to integrate into a fast-paced environment;
• Excellent typing skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office 2007 (Word, Outlook, Excel);
• Ability to coordinate depositions, travel, and expense reimbursements;
• Knowledge of opening new files, answering discovery, filing motions-pleadings, proper telephone etiquette, filing, faxing, maintaining and scheduling appointments for attorney as well as assisting in preparation of cases for trial and must be computer literate; and
• Exceptional attention to detail, ability to exercise good judgment, take initiative and follow through

Pay: $33,169.73 - $57,448.87 per year
