Position: Painter Helper Shift: Nights Location: Bessemer, AL $3.00 shift differential pay! Sign On Bonuses for all Manufacturing Personnel!!! (Scroll to the bottom for information on bonuses) Starting Pay: $16.00 (will include a skills evaluation) The Painter Helper will perform a variety of cleaning duties in the paint department. Job Duties: - Prepping components for paint.
- Using power tools for cleaning.
- Wiping down cranes with cleaning solution to prep cranes for painting.
- Any other duties assigned by manager
Job Requirements: - High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous forklift experience is helpful.
- Previous experience working in an industrial environment.
Physical Requirements: - Ability to stand/walk 95% of the workday
- Lift up to 30 pounds frequently
- Twist, reach and bend frequently
- Possess hand/eye coordination and bilateral dexterity (gross and fine)
- Possess depth perception and peripheral vision
- Possess the ability to hear
Working Conditions: - Subject to standing on hard surfaces up to 12 hours per day
- Exposure to hot and cold conditions
