About the Brand Packaging Team The Pottery Barn brand packaging team is a small, tenured creative design team responsible for developing and implementing elevated branding for products and packaging. As the Project Coordinator, you will partner with cross-functional teams, collaborate with team members and correspond with overseas vendors to execute packaging designs and ensure brand consistency for all product categories. We are looking for someone with excellent organizational and communication skills who thrives in fast paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about working with a creative team. Overview of the Project Coordinator role The Project Coordinator will serve as the primary operational support to execute packaging across several product categories, under the direction of the Senior Project Manager. You will be responsible for coordinating information across functions working closely with Merchandising, Design, Product Safety and Reliability, Sourcing, Visual, vendors and printers to ensure designs are executed and timelines met. The role heavily focuses on vendor communication, so we are looking for a Project Coordinator with 3+ years of project coordination and vendor management experience to support our design team.
