Key Focus Service Standards Physical Demands The physical demands for this position are frequently lifting up to 25 pounds, occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, bending, and moving intermittently during working hours. The Overnight In Room Dining Server will serve guests staying at the 9 Orchard Hotel while upholding the quality of food, beverage, and service. This person will ensure in room dining service runs smoothly and efficiently for guests to have pleasurable experiences.
