What You Will Do
- Sell Zumper’s full line of multi-family marketing products in order to meet and exceed a monthly sales quota
- Develop and maintain business relationships with multifamily decision-makers;
- Identify the decisions makers and use active listening skills to understand their needs and align those needs to the Zumper product that best meets their needs
- Work the multifamily ecosystem including leasing consultants, property managers, regional managers, asset managers, or marketing directors for cold calls, in-person visits, and scheduled demonstrations
- Understand that this is a transactional sale with flexibility to sign up several buildings up to full portfolios in stages
- Attend various industry conferences and provide expertise and guidance to your local multifamily network
- Build actionable sales plans with your manager to create a consistent pipeline of sales opportunities and develop creative strategies to close deals
- Travel to your assigned territory (50 - 80% of the time) and complete calls/emails from your own home.
Who You Are
- You have a minimum of 2 years selling a B2B solution, ILS/tech/digital solution preferred
- Ideally experienced in multifamily but by no means is this a requirement to succeed in the role as full training is provided
- Exceptional selling skills including cold calling, discovery, presentations, negotiations and closing; Adept at selling in-person as well as over the phone or video conference
- An excellent communicator - written, verbal, and interpersonal
- Skilled at organization and time management with a strong customer service orientation
- Committed to continuous improvement and personal development
- Proficient in MS Office, Salesforce, Slack
