Outside Sales Manager
Summary
The OEM Solutions Manager is tasked with being a great brand ambassador, prospecting, lead generation, developing accounts, and closing new business. They are to build trust, collaborate with and establish profitable long-term relationships with the prospects and customers of ATRON Group LLC.

Duties and Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director of Sales, responsibilities will be primarily to sell, market and bring new business to the company. Related responsibilities may include, and are not limited to the following:
- Execute sales strategy under the guidance of the Director of Sales.
- Builds and maintains an active pipeline of qualified business opportunities.
- Contributes directly to increasing market penetration across company verticals.
- Meets with the Director of Sales to maintain sales strategy and Key Performance Indicators
(KPI’s) designed to ensure continued growth in revenues and profits.
- In conjunction with the Director of Sales, ensures the pricing structure for all products and services is competitive and that profitability is maintained.
- Contributes to timely completion of all RFQ/RFP’s and projects.
- Collaborates on pricing of opportunities to execute a successful outcome for the customer and the organization.
- Coordinates with other departments in solving problems and helping to drive an extraordinary customer experience.
- Establishes and maintains records of customer contacts and addresses for potential direct marketing campaigns.
- Stays current on industry trends and monitors competitive activity in the marketplace.
- Maintains professionalism in all interactions, and represents the organization at all times in a positive light.
- Adheres to organizational policies, methods, procedures, records, reports, etc.
- Performs any other related or unrelated duty the Director of Sales may assign from time to time.
Qualifications
- Between five or more years of related experience with demonstrated results in sales.
- Experience in contract manufacturing or sheet metal fabrication sales preferred.
- Prefer four-year degree in a technical discipline or business.
- Demonstrated networking, business development and selling skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Physical
- Includes sitting, standing, walking and use of hands and arms to operate office equipment. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lb.

- Competitive compensation consisting of a base salary plus incentives and bonuses.
