Overview: As an Order Processor with SolarWinds you will be part of a global team processing a high volume of orders, across a broad range of products. You will work closely with customers & internal departments to resolve order issues. You will be an expert at navigating billing & provisioning systems, with accuracy and efficiency. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, working independently and as a team member.Responsibilities:- Process high volume of orders of increasing range and complexity, with accuracy and efficiency
- Understand and adhere to departmental policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain a knowledge of SolarWinds product range, and of how products are provisioned and invoiced
- Meet defined metrics for accuracy and productivity
- Provide consistently exceptional customer service, and recognize when to escalate issues to senior team members
- Help with additional projects and tasks related to Global Revenue Operations as they arise
Qualifications:- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload to complete job duties on time
- A high degree of attention to detail, the ability to manage all tasks with maximum accuracy
- Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to respond clearly and calmly in stressful situations in both verbal and written communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SFDC, NetSuite, Zuora or other CRM applications
- Flexibility in work schedule when required
Preferred Qualifications:
1-2 years of demonstrated experience in sales support, sales operations, data entry or order management
