We are looking for a driven, results-oriented, talented Order Fulfillment Supervisor in the Miami area who wants to part of a thriving organization!
Primary Responsibilities:
Plans, organizes, and supervises daily operations of the order fulfilment department.
- Supervises the daily operation of the order fulfillment department to ensure accurate and timely delivery of all pick up and will call orders.
- Distributes and monitors workload, motivates team to ensure orders are picked and hand delivered in accordance with daily fulfillment guidelines.
- Monitors all hand delivery activities to ensure accuracy, packaging, branding, and condition of parcels.
- Accurately records and manifests customer transactions utilizing the SAP system.
- Oversees the order fulfillment team including attendance, performance, training, PTO, and safety.
- Assists in troubleshooting and resolving reported issues, complaints, or errors and initiates efforts to prevent reoccurrences by addressing the root cause.
- Assists in performing inventory cycle counts and manages physical inventory weekly.
- Adheres to and promotes a safe work environment in compliance with safety guidelines as well as company policies and procedures.
- Promotes and participates in training activities to expand knowledge base on Health and Safety and product lines.
- Scrutinizes individual and team productivity, and drives continuous productivity improvement through process enhancements and one on one coaching.
- Supports efforts to ensures adequate inventory levels are kept at all times; replenishes inventory to ensure availability.
- Collaborates with other departments to maintain a clean, safe, organized and, stocked warehouse in accordance with company standards.
- Partners with other departments as necessary to ensure information, documentation and communication is provided and maintained.
- Provides technical assistance relative to part identification, interchangeability, and availability.
- Performs additional related duties as necessary to improve efficiencies as directed by management.
Qualifications
- High School Degree or GED required; Associate Degree preferred.
- Two or more years of related experience required, preferred industry experience.
- One-two years of customer service and/or order processing experience preferred.
- OSHA Certified Forklift operator with one or more years of experience preferred.
- Articulate, persuasive communicator, with the ability to foster a team-focused and engaging environment.
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written; proficiency in English and Spanish required.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen ability for detail.
- Self-starter, advanced problem solver and critical thinker.
- Advanced computer skills required: MS Office Suite, Google, SAP, Ship Station, or other related platforms preferred.
- Ability to respond effectively and in a timely manner to departmental needs.
