Primary Job Summary: The Operations Support Coordinator (“OSC”) supports all day-to-day branch operations by acting in a Customer Service Representative, (Route) Delivery Driver and/or Warehouse Specialist capacity depending on the needs of the branch. The OSC will work both inside and outside of the branch and will be responsible for: order entry and assisting customers over the phone, via e-mail, and at the will-call counter; receiving, shipping, loading, and inventory upkeep; as well as delivering product to customers and utilizing those opportunities to cultivate lucrative and long-lasting relationships. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Education and/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; one to three years of related customer service, warehousing, and/or delivery driver experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of (or ability to learn) Trend Inventory software; Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word); and UPS WorldShip. Other Skills Ability and comfort to occasionally use cutting tools such as a utility knife, circular saw, and router. Ability and comfort to occasionally operate a forklift. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable MVR per company guidelines required; forklift certification preferred.
