POSITION SUMMARY U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Operations Supervisor with U.S. AutoForce, you will be supporting the vision of our Mendota Heights warehouse and managing a team of our most important assets, our people. This is a physical job working alongside a team of people who care about you, your future, and doing the job well. You’ll receive, load, and unload hundreds of tires weighing between 80 and 125 pounds, push up to 400 pounds, and safely use equipment at heights of up to 25 feet. You’ll also manage the performance across a team of 8. To thrive in this role you need team communication skills and experience in a similarly physically demanding role, preferably with 1-3 years experience supervising a shift in a warehouse environment.

The schedule for this position is Friday - Sunday 7:00am - 7:30pm or until completion of assignment each shift. Typically work 36 hours but get paid for 40 hours a week. This is an hourly position.

What is the compensation? This is an hourly position with a competitive starting rate. In addition, we are offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus ($2500 at six months and the remaining $2500 at one year of employment). We also have an annual bonus plan for every team member based on company and divisional goals.
What is the schedule? How much overtime will I have to work? You’ll work Friday-Sunday 7:00am - 7:30pm. Keep in mind, your shift won’t end until the work is done, so you will need to be flexible. You can also expect overtime during our busiest season.
