Role and responsibilities:
- Supervise the production operations of the facility to ensure production goals are met
- Monitor and prioritize the workflow of production to meet deadlines
- Provide continuous improvement to improve efficiency
- Provide ongoing training, coaching and development to employees
- Ensure compliance with professional standards such as occupational health and safety and customer requirements
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory/management in a manufacturing operation
- Experience working in a fast paced, high volume environment
- Previous union experience is a plus
