Initial Posting Date: Application Deadline: Agency: Salary Range: Position Type: Position Title: Job Description: The Oregon Eligibility Program, part of the Oregon Department of Human Services is looking for talented individuals with a passion for public service to apply for an Operations and Policy Analyst 1, ONE Data Integrity Business Analyst. In this role you will, act as a resource to staff for policy and procedures, and to oversee the benefit and eligibility process to ensure that programs are determined correctly. You will assist with data clean-up and corrections, such as duplicate or overlay client records, by performing research to determine appropriate action and then making corrections or referring to external sources as needed. ODHS Oregon Eligibility Program , contributes to the DHS mission and program integrity through the following services: What you will do: The ONE Data Integrity Business Analyst implements the ODHS mission by supporting the delivery of services and financial assistance to Oregon Health Plan, Aging and People with Disabilities, and Self-Sufficiency customers giving them a minimum standard of living and access to resources leading to economic stability. This is accomplished through providing -mentoring, coaching, training, and guidance to benefit and eligibility workers and family coaches. This position functions are an integral part of the leadership team; the incumbent acts as a lead worker for staff and may act on behalf of the branch operations manager in their absence and is a resource when they are present. Perform independent and collaborative research, review, and analysis of data integrity across multiple technical (IT) systems, interfaces, and environments; supports data for multiple independent and interrelated Program and policy areas related to Eligibility and Benefits and the OregONEligibility (ONE) system solution. Analyze operational reporting requirements by comparing information systems to regulations. Facilitate groups that identify processing or system errors. Work jointly with agency program staff to help them access needed data, or plan business reporting needs. Collaborates with business operations, Triage and Business Analyst teams as needed regarding data analysis, planning, validation, and resolution related to operations and change requests related to data interfaces, conversion, and overall integrity. Perform analytical research related to testing of software enhancements; prepare written test cases and procedures for use in test execution, to assess and report the extent of success or failure of each software fix or enhancement, based on business requirements and design specifications.
