We are currently interviewing for an Operations Administrator. Do you have superior customer service skills? Are you a stickler for doing things the right way the first time, every time? We have a wonderful opportunity available for a talented individual as our company Operations Administrator!This position requires high energy, multi-tasking skills and high level of organization.
Responsibilities:
- Reviews sales tickets for accuracy
- Audits digital rotation system for accuracy and completion
- Completes performance summary KPI reporting for stores
- Provides exceptional customer service
- Works within a team environment
- Helps manage operations and provide administrative support at various locations, including assisting in the showrooms when needed
- Provides administrative assistance to Manager of Operating Procedures and Controls and other Executive Team members as needed
Qualifications:
- Pursues work with insatiable energy and drive
- Strong customer service, organizational and time management skills are necessary
- Highly productive with minimal guidance or supervision while juggling multiple priorities
- Knowledge of company operations is helpful
- Computer proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point, Google Suite (i.e. Gmail, Drive, Docs, etc.)
- Must be able to lift 30lbs
- Sets high expectations. Drives performance towards outstanding results
- High School graduate required, higher education is a plus
- Able to work varied shifts, hours, and days, including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Must have reliable transportation for assistance at stores when needed
