Description:Summary
The goal of this position is to provide accounting and general administrative duties to support Company Operations for the specific location(s) assigned to your position. This also includes supporting the business accounting and analysis need while collaborating with the accounting department, headquartered in Wichita, KS.
Essential Functions
- Weekly billing for specific locations
- Accounts payable for specific locations
- Develop reports and analytic tools to help drive value and better decision making
- Coordinate Job setup with Division Managers
- Manage inventory and quarterly inventory counts
- Assist Division Managers with ticket setup for weekly schedule and dispatching
- Monitor the open / unapproved tickets and timesheets and contact Division Managers as needed to ensure timely approvals
- Assist Division Managers as needed in company ERP system and with job/customer requests.
- Gather and submit credit card receipts and/or assist team members with input to company ERP system
- Contact customers on open invoices (accounts receivable) per the weekly A/R aging report
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Support development of training and presentation materials
- Organize travel arrangements for the team supported as requested
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- Order office supplies and other requests/tasks as needed/assigned
. Requirements:Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Basic knowledge of accounting software / systems
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel preferred
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Able to learn and apply new technology
- Ability to communicate information and ideas so that others will understand; both verbally and in writing
- Able to establish and maintain constructive and positive work relationships

Education
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- 2 – 4 year degree in Accounting or related field preferred (not required)
Work Experience
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in accounting or related field (though may consider more entry level candidates)
