JOB RESPONSIBILTIES: The Southern Region is seeking a Open Order Superintendent The successful candidate must have the ability to lead and direct the performance of field operations for all maintenance and contractual service Specific responsibilities for this position includes: Field education training Route control and scheduling Authorization of repair orders Quality assurance and the customer, safety, technical support, and expenditure of labor materials and other assets EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS: BA/BS degree w/4-7+ years experience MA/MS degree w/2-5+ years experience Elevator experience of greater than five years required EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS: Field experience is preferred Excellent communication skills Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment Self-motivated individuals who have the ability to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities Otis is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
