Summary
The Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for helping Visby Medical provide an excellentcandidate experience. They will support initiatives aimed to enhance and implement therecruiting procedures.Essential Duties
- Schedule interviews using Greenhouse (ATS) and Zoom video conferencing tools; some scheduling may involve travel reservations and coordinating with Executive Assistant.
- Handles confidential candidate/employee information, such as NDAS, offer letters, etc.
- Ensures safety protocols around COVID-19 are being followed between employees and visiting candidates.
- Supports recruiting team as needed; logistics, sourcing, following up with employees/candidates, etc.
- May be responsible for recruiting for entry-level positions.
- Informs employees of referral statuses and changes in recruiting process as needed.
- Collaborates with the PCI team to ensure a great candidate/interviewer experience.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and/or Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of Human Resources, Recruitment or Administrative experience.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking System software (Greenhouse) preferred.
- Experience using Zoom, Slack, G Suite, are a plus.

- Comfortable communicating virtually and highly tech savvy.
Physical Demands
