The team leads the marketing initiatives that attract, engage, and help hire great talent for Google globally. As the Online Staffing Marketing Manager, you will be a fully dedicated business leader with the opportunity to shape the future of Google’s candidate experience. You will take part in the complete marketing experience and will help create our candidates’ first employment brand impression and interaction. From determining branding, positioning, competitive analysis, feature prioritization, and communications, you will help shape the tone and voice of Google’s candidate experience. In this role, you will influence and shape Google's employment brand, organize and launch candidate experience improvements, and form a future marketing strategy that supports Google’s hiring needs and continued innovation and growth. You will lead a Marketing team that relies on analytics to challenge conventional thinking and make Google a smarter, more diverse place. Leading a team of creative, ambitious team members, you will improve and redefine the systems that help secure the most coveted leaders and thinkers in our industry. You will partner and influence staffing leaders with rich, meaningful narratives built around data while ensuring the clients and candidates that move through our hiring process have a wonderful experience.
