KINGER HOME THE POSITION This is an eCommerce Assistant position dedicated to streamlining our daily operations, including customer service, order processing, inventory management across multiple online accounts, and more. Experience in an eCommerce setting is preferred, but individuals with customer service experience are also encouraged to apply. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Although these are the primary responsibilities, the right individual will be open to assisting in other areas and won’t be afraid of getting their hands dirty! · Process orders daily · Help manage multiple eCommerce accounts · Assist in improving copywriting and product listings · Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams · General office assistance including scheduling appointments, reminders, meetings, inventory reports WHAT YOU NEED · Positive, go-getter attitude · Excellent communication skills · Strong writing skills · Strong organizational skills · Ability to work under a deadline · Attention to detail PREFFERED EXPERIENCE · Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Ebay, and Big Commerce · Copywriting and advertising · Customer service BONUS SKILLS · Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud · Social media management and strategy · Graphic design skills · Interest in interior design and home decor Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits: Schedule: Supplemental Pay: Education: Work Location: One location
