Company: Deal Badger Job Overview We are looking to hire “lotters” for our brand new company. The Lotter role is a warehouse role that is responsible for cataloging products, grading them, and preparing them to appear in online auctions. Since we re-sell consumer returns through online auctions, this role is at the heart of our business. It is up to Lotters to correctly depict and describe the condition of each item so that customers understand exactly what they are bidding on. We are looking for people excited to join a start up and help grow our company. In addition to the lotting responsibilities, this role will be important in helping us identify how to best process truckloads of merchandising by providing feedback on the technology we are building. There will also be times we may need you to interact with customers by either greeting them, helping them locate winning items, or assisting with the checkout process. We have big and aggressive growth plans, and we need people who are excited and passionate about their work and being part of a growing team.
