SUMMARY OF THE JOB:
Plan, lead, implement, develop, and coordinate Training initiatives and ensure that service level agreements with clients and organizational objectives are both met
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Ensure that Training functions are implemented effectively on a timely basis
- Confer with management and identify training needs based on projected production processes, changes, and other factors
- Plan, implement, and develop training and staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, and workshops
- Plan, implement, and develop new training programs or modifying and improving existing ones
- Equip Training Supervisors or Senior Staff with techniques and skills for training and dealing with their respective subordinates
- Manage Training Supervisors or Senior Staff performance
- Coordinate with clients to ensure consistency in the implementation of performance standards
- Generate and send Training reports as needed (Audits, Monthly, Action Plans, etc.)
- Assist in the strategic planning and fiscal management of the department
- Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time-to-time
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field, Master’s Degree is a plus
- Five (5) years of training experience, preferably on a corporate set-up
- At least three (3) years of Instructional Design experience
- With experience facilitating virtual training sessions/classes
- Special certification or diploma in any training-related field is preferable, but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
