Summary: The On-Premise Channel Manager is responsible for delivering superior results of execution in the on-premise channel. Developing solution based tactics that seize opportunities and maximize brand activation. Develop and manage the strategic execution of brand standards in the on-premise channel. Develop strong working relationships with key customers in the territory. Drive volume and profit growth in the on-premise channel. The role will spend time working closely with our core Supplier Partners, General Managers, and Field Sales ? Collaborate with Supplier Partners on scalable and engaging on premise programs. ? Develop actionable key account plans. ? Directly calling on a core set of top regional/key accounts including Bartolotta, Marcus Corp, Bel-Air, RC Group, ? The role is to provide leadership and direction to the on-premise team that supports achievement of executional objectives for the organization. The role will accomplish this by: ? Developing customer focused solutions that maximize opportunities for our brands. ? Having a bias for execution & brand activation with a sense of urgency. ? Developing, tracking and attaining success of supplier/brand KPI’s, promotions and programs. ? Ensuring the execution of nationally mandated chain promotions and programs. ? Work to ensure all new accounts are properly opened and our core brands are in distribution and activated. ? Developing, assigning & achieving goals by team/salesperson by account for points of distribution, back bar visibility, drink menus, drink features, brand visibility, pricing, case/dollar volume, general merchandising execution and any other related topics. ? Monitor the investment of resources to achieve the greatest return on investment. ? Input into our market coverage strategy and providing solutions for superior customer service ? Build outstanding relationships with account owners, managers, decision makers. Education/Experience: ? 5+ years of successful performance in the on-premise channel, preferred. ? B.S. or B.A. undergraduate degree preferred. Minimum of a High School Diploma, Bachelor’s degree preferred ? 3 to 5 years of successful team management and sales experience. ? Experience in dealing with On & Off-Premise Customers/Route Sales. Specific Knowledge, skills, licenses, certifications, etc: ? Valid driver’s license, good driving record, vehicle insurance and reliable transportation is required ? Strong analytical skills in capturing opportunities. ? Problem solving, negotiation and influencing skills. ? Excellent computer skills/analysis experience. ? Strong leadership capabilities with solid interpersonal and team building skills. ? Solid accountability and execution bias. ? Solid organizational and multi-tasking capabilities Attendance and Dependability: Maintain flexible schedule, complete work in a timely and accurate manner willing to stay until the work is complete, be reliable and accountable.
