Requisition ID: 112756 Job Level: Senior Level Department: Design Engineering Market: OGC Employment Type: Full Time Kiewit Infrastructure Engineering has an immediate opening for a dynamic Oil, Gas & Chemical Geotechnical Operations Manager to join our Geotechnical Engineering leadership team. The OGC Geotechnical Operations Manager will work closely with the Geotechnical Design Engineering Director, Chief Geotechnical Engineer, and other members of the leadership team to grow and manage the operational needs of the OGC Geotechnical group. The successful candidate will bring energy, enthusiasm, and a focus on collaboration while providing administrative, technical, quality, and safety leadership for the engineers and designers of the OGC Geotechnical group. The OGC Geotechnical Operations Manager will also work with an interdisciplinary team that includes civil, structural, and mechanical engineers as well as estimators, schedulers and other construction professionals to identify geotechnical engineering problems and develop appropriate solutions for midstream, refining, LNG, chemicals, alternative fuels, and terminal projects. The Geotechnical Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the production and/or review of engineering reports and geotechnical analyses, as well as directing the work of staff geotechnical engineers in our Houston, Texas office. You will be part of our rapidly growing Infrastructure Design Department, which includes structural, civil, drainage, roadway, rail/transit and systems, and materials disciplines, is a multi-faceted and leading-edge division of Kiewit with best-in-class technical expertise focused on the design-build delivery of infrastructure projects. Kiewit Infrastructure Engineering's Design-Build team is driving clients to turn to Kiewit during all stages of design-build projects. Through our integrated design and construction approach, our multi-disciplinary team works together to improve schedule, control costs and minimize risk. Our construction-focused engineers work collaboratively with our estimators and builders to design solutions that are innovative, constructible, and designed with a focus on safety.
