ABOUT THE PROGRAM For more information on Child Welfare programs please WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Office Specialist 2’s in Child Welfare ensure the smooth flow of necessary documents to support caseworkers in completing their assignments. Serves as receptionist, answering phones and directing calls and process outgoing and incoming mail. Workers prepare and process medical record requests and payment forms; and maintain filing systems. Provide clerical support to field staff, providers, the public and agency staff in relation to cases at the branch level. This includes completing data entry to make sure that requirements are met for each case. Providing general clerical support to caseworkers and unit supervisors.
