Family owned landscaping business of 29 years is seeking an energetic and highly motivated Office Secretary/Administrative Assistant with at least 1 year experience (with a landscaping company a plus, but not required). Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers
- Answer and direct phone calls to relevant staff
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
Requirements:
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Need be dependable, reliable and willing to be flexible
- Must have a great personality while answering phones and working with customers
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Excellent organizational skills are critical to prioritize task and effectively manage time
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
- Must be fluent with typing skills
- Attention to detail and innovative problem solver
- Time management, multitasking and independency once trained
- Be efficient and have tenacity to do your best
- Strategic planner and scheduling skills

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
