Office Manager – Trade Show and Events Management Industry We are seeking an organized, self-motivated Office Administrator to provide general support to our customers and staff. You will answer phone calls, respond to emails, and organize files. When office supplies run low, you will be responsible for replenishing the supply and restocking the shelves. You will be an essential part of our team, providing support to various departments, so a positive attitude and attention to detail are a must. Duties and Responsibilities: · Provide general administrative support: typing, telephone support, mail, copying, faxing, filing, calendar functions, maintaining file management systems and databases as instructed from time to time. · Manage the daily call-ins for labor by tracking incoming calls, creating documentation, and forwarding the information to the team. · Manage correspondence and reception: greet and assist visitors, answer phones. · Responsible for keeping up to date on current jobs and helping to maintain the company's calendar of events. · Assist Controller with accounting functions such as deposit invoices, credit card processing, occasional deposits, and maintaining internal documents. · Provide clients with product and pricing information, including preparation of estimates. · Reach out to company’s insurance carriers for certificate of insurance (COI’s) for workers compensation and general liability insurance for all events where we are providing labor. Requirements and Qualifications: · Prior experience in an administrative role a plus · Proficient with Microsoft Office and calendaring programs · Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment · Willingness to learn and to grow with the company · Excellent communication and organizational skills Compensation: $50K plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $50,000.00 per year Benefits: Schedule: Experience: Work Location: One location
