Within our comprehensive facility, each critical discipline is managed by our specialized team of physicians, dietitians, exercise trainers and counselors.
Major Areas of Responsibility:
- Serve as the primary liaison with patients for the purpose of communicating, monitoring, documenting and evaluating patient challenges and successes while achieving and maintaining program consistency.
- Communicate with patients, co-workers, administrators and outside organizations for the purpose of providing administrative support and enhancing program awareness.
- Enhances professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, current literature, in-service meetings and workshops. Oversees administrative staff meetings and attend other meetings, as assigned.
- Analyze and evaluate a variety of program related data for the purpose of ensuring that program initiatives meet business objectives.
- Assist in the development and interpretation of program policy and procedures for the purpose of establishing guidelines needed to effectively and efficiently meet program goals while adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Prepare a variety of materials (e.g. reports, memos, letters, procedures, instructional and marketing pieces, assessments, etc.) for the purpose of documenting activities, providing written reference, and/or conveying information.
- Report program related assessment results for the purpose of providing the information needed to evaluate program performance and to create new and/or revised initiatives needed to meet business objectives.
- Respond to inquiries for the purpose of providing information and/or direction.
- Serve as liaison with a variety of outside and community individuals/agencies for the purpose of conveying and/or receiving information.
- Effectively execute multidisciplinary model to meet Key Performance Indicators and Performance Metrics.
- Ability to make creative and critical decisions.
- Flexibly manage a team of several specialties through constantly evolving landscape.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Learn, follow, maintain, and educate teammates of new Policies and Procedures.
- Exercises independent judgment in recruiting, training, coaching, supervising and directing assigned teammates.
- Evaluates staff performance, identify opportunities for performance improvement and defines plans for performance goal achievement, as outlined within the organization's performance evaluation policies and in line with Corelife’s mission and vision.
- Ensures compliance to regulatory guidelines and the provision of quality patient care. Maintains compliance with regulations governing clinics by monitoring operations and initiating changes where required.
- Maintains financial integrity of facility operations by analyzing supply and inventory usage, managing employee time, facility expenditures, on a regular basis to determine problem areas, potential savings and ways to reduce cost.
- Systematically grow a high-volume clinic while still maintaining the highest standard of quality of care.
- Assist in clinical operations to facilitate optimum patient experience, including (but not limited to) weighing patients, and setting up Resting Metabolic Rate testing.
Education/Experience:
- Completed Bachelor’s Degree in a Health or Management Related field preferred.
- 2-3 years management experience
- Business development background a plus
