Office Manager
Interior Design by Beth Phillips (IDBP)
Join a growing organization and industry focused on residential interior design. In this role you will be tasked with operational activities. As a member of the IDBP team, you will be responsible for activity that allows the designers to focus on clients. The ideal candidate is a self-starter that can quickly learn new tasks to support the company. Someone that is organized and can bring structure to existing processes.
Responsibilities:
- Pricing for material by project and providing to designer and customers.
- All facets of customer service which supports designers at IDBP.
- Problem solving on existing projects and providing solutions to President.
- Overview of office systems and focus on streamlining as needed.
- Receive items delivered to IDBP and process for client delivery as needed.
- Keep catalogs and price lists current.
- Order office supplies.
- Assist with project organization as needed.
- Word and Excel:
- Creating documents for client delivery
- Developing estimated budgets for client proposals
- QuickBooks:
- Create PO’s and send to vendors. Interoffice communication about PO’s
- Create financial reports as needed
- Following up on ship dates and keeping office informed.
- Vendor and customer relation management.
- Pricing negotiations.
- Marketing strategy development and implementation.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years office management experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and QuickBooks
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $27.00 per hour
