Office Manager

We are the first, largest and still only interior design showroom in Oro Valley and are seeking a highly motivated, energetic person to help us to continue growing our business.

• Our Office Manager oversees and administers the operation of our unique One-Stop showroom
• Our Office Manager interacts with current/prospective clients and suppliers on a regular basis in our showroom, via email, and over the phone.
• Personality, initiative, problem solving skills and attention to detail are key to this position.

Responsibilities include:

• Interact with current and/or prospective clients in person, phone or email
• Maintain communication with current/prospective clients and suppliers
• Various other administrative duties, including…
• Follow-up on purchase orders with vendors
• Day-to-day administration of the showroom
• Tracking and reporting of various activities and processes
• Support interior designers as needed

Requirements:

Previous customer service / management experience in retail, professional service or construction environment

Computer skills required: Strong knowledge in Excel & Outlook Email

• Full time only: 8:30-5:00 Monday-Friday, Rare Saturday or Special Event
• Must be able to work independently (after training period)
• Location: Oro Valley, Arizona
• Compensation: $20 - $25 per hour, depending on experience
