Spring Venture Group is growing and we want you to be a part of it! We are expanding our locations to Orlando Florida and we are currently hiring for a new Office Manager to oversee our new facility. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating office processes and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety. This includes developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control, office staff supervision and task delegation.

Our ideal candidate is well-organized, flexible and enjoys the administrative challenges of supporting multiple departments and an office of diverse people.
What You’ll Do:
As an Office Manager, you will serve as the point-person for SVG in terms of visitors, maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills and errands. You will organize and schedule meetings, staff activities, events, and appointments, help develop office operations and procedures and partner with HR, Compliance and Facilities to maintain office policies as necessary. You will also coordinate with facilities and IT departments to resolve JIRA tickets and manage vendor relationships, contracts and price negotiations and ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
