JOB SUMMARY The office manager is responsible for the overall smooth function of the clinic, including but not limited to all aspects of patient care, student encounters, staff performance, faculty function and building operations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The office manager serves as the leader of the entire clinic staff. The office manager is expected to be present on-site from Monday-Friday during regular business hours and available as necessary outside regular business hours. The office manager is expected to communicate directly with the part-time office manager (present on Saturdays) to ensure optimal clinic flow on all days of the week and a smooth transition between Monday-Friday and Saturday leadership. MBKU's School of Physician Assistant Studies under the College of Health Sciences awards a Master of Medical Sciences (MMS) degree.
