Under the general direction of the Lead Manager, Learning & Organizational Development, the Office Manager manages all business operations for the Learning & Organizational Development unit, including budget, facilities, scheduling, and program coordination. Responsible for the administration of the Learning Management System including course set-up and technical troubleshooting. Coordinate a variety of special training programs for campus in concert with training managers. Create complex quarterly master training schedules and coordinate rooms, catering, audio-visual, course materials, and evaluations. Oversee website design, training catalog, brochures, and newsletters. Prepare complex reports and analytics on a regular and ad-hoc basis for a variety of topics including enrollment, customer service, finances, and mandatory training completion statistics. The incumbent supervises the Training Assistant and student employees and provides strong leadership and direction.
