Office Manager Job Description:

  • Manage correspondence: Answering emails, incoming phone calls in a pleasant and professional manner.
  • Responsible for scheduling tree removal estimates.
  • Responsible for preparing daily and weekly business reports.
  • Responsible for meeting permit deadlines.
  • Responsible for creating estimates / invoices and receiving payments.
  • Scheduling fire wood and mulch deliveries.

Additional Qualifications Required:

  • Experience with Quickbooks online.
  • Prior experience working as an office manager.
  • A clean/ valid drivers license.
  • Excellent communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
