Office Manager

Your tasks:- Greet visitors/clients and ensure that everyone is provided the highest level of hospitality
- Maintain an orderly front office area, kitchen areas, and conference rooms
- Constantly look for ways to improve office operations
- Develop budgets and facility plans based on company growth and future needs
- Oversee the functioning of and maintenance of facility systems (i.e. mechanical, fire/life safety) who are maintained by our vendors
- Responsible for the general security and upkeep of the facility and is the primary point of contact for the landlord/property management company.
- Be available at all times to respond to requests from employees regarding facility problems and be responsive to suggestions.
- Responsible as first responder regarding alarms, spills, facility needs and take responsibility to contact outside contractor or building maintenance.
- Issue purchase orders, track order status, and interface with vendors/suppliers.
- Sort and distribute all incoming mail and small packages daily
- Keep inventory stocked for all kitchen & office supplies
- Coordinate, order, and setup snacks, beverages, lunches, (includes setup and clean up) for various meetings
- Facilitate shipping and receiving activities; Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds by yourself

- Maintains high level of professionalism at all levels
- Strong Communication skills
- Must be well organized and possess problem solving skills
- Commitment to detail and strong sense of urgency
- Enthusiastic, motivated, with a positive attitude, and a good sense of humor
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
- Experience with ERP systems (i.e. SAP) is a plus
- Skilled with MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Five + years of office management experience and purchasing
