Who You Are:

As Nutrabolt's Office Manager you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective operations at our headquarters in Austin, TX. You will answer the phones and welcome visitors and employees, acting as Nutrabolt's "gatekeeper". We are looking for someone who can deliver on all of the many facets of running a busy office in an ever changing environment, but who will do so in a way where employee needs are met, and standards are upheld to provide a positive workplace experience.

What You're Good At:

  • Managing the reception function to ensure effective telephone, email, and mail communications both internally and externally
  • Preparing for and welcoming guests
  • Owning our internal workplace management system, Robin, and assisting employees with desk/meeting room reservations process
  • Ensuring the office and kitchen supplies are replenished and organized
  • Organizing the office's support for cleaning and required or routine maintenance
  • Managing the facilities day-to-day operations (such as distributing building access keys and back-up to security access cards, parking passes, etc.)
  • Assisting the People and IT teams with onboarding new hires (including welcome packages, shipping, office access, and ID cards)
  • Executing and maintaining new programs, offerings or knowledge bases to promote a positive onsite experience

What You Contribute:

  • Previous experience as an office manager, including managing a hybrid work environment
  • 1+ years experience overseeing facilities functions
  • Intermediate to advanced skill level with Microsoft Office
  • Being extremely organized and detail oriented
  • The ability to manage multiple irons in the fire without feeling overwhelmed
  • A nice personality — you love people and they love you back
  • Ability to operate with the upmost discretion in handling private data and communications
