Main Responsibilities Collect mail from office weekly Keep physical office & facilities organized & clean (manage janitorial, landlord issues) Order supplies & coordinate repairs Interact with vendors and make payments through Quickbooks Assist on IT Management, Access Control & Security Assist in compliance tasks On-board new hires and consultants Coordinate travel and meeting arrangements Assist team on onsite events (Roadshows) Serve as a personal assistant to the CEO Manage and prioritize CEOs inbox Manage personal monthly expenses of the CEO Key Skills & Qualifications Time Expectations Full time - 8:00am to 5:00pm Location Remote but must live within a commutable distance (Palo Alto, CA 94301)
