We are growing and looking for an Office Manager / Bookkeeper to help on many fronts: enter and help manage Accounts Payable and Receivables, answer customer inquiries, help with order flow and prioritization. We are also getting more involved in ecommerce, and this is a fantastic opportunity to learn and help the digital side of the business. Previous experience in as a bookkeeper, admin, customer service rep, etc. is highly desirable. We are growing rapidly and are changing systems to help keep up with growth, so a positive, flexible attitude is required. You should have experience with a variety of office and accounting software (email tools, spreadsheets and databases, quickbooks, etc.). ERP experience is a HUGE plus. This could be partial remote for the right candidate.
