Overview:IST Management is seeking our next Office and Facilities Site Supervisor . We are seeking professional candidates who are ready to grow within our organization. This is a full time, direct hire position handling copy and print services, package services, mail services, facilities assistance, as well as supervision of our on-site team. We observe a business professional dress code. Must be willing to cross train for potential advancement opportunities!

Hourly Compensation: $18.00-20.00 pending experience and performance during the interview process

Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Work site does not provide parking, candidate will need to park at meter parking, garage parking or street parking.

• Operating mailing, copy and fax equipment
• Supervision of on-site office and facilities team
• Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
• Typing correspondence, filing, copying, data entry, word processing, sending and receiving faxes, sorting mail and other administrative tasks as assigned
• Shipping & Receiving
• Ordering supplies
• Pick-up and deliver mail, parcels, copy jobs and faxes to customers
• Lift large bundles of mail, overnight packages and shipments of paper
• Handle time-sensitive material like confidential, urgent packages
• Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment
• Take direction from supervisor or site manager
• Participate in cross-training
• Maintain all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail
• Adhere to all safety procedures
• Perform other tasks as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Minimum of 2-3 years management experience
• Minimum of 2 years related experience in the mail room industry
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
• Competency in performing multiple functional tasks
• Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
• A valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation to and from work
• Lifting up to 55 pounds
• Standing for long periods of time
• Significant walking
• Willingness to cross-train for other job functions
