We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Office Coordinator. The position of Office Coordinator with Continuing Medical Education at NYU Grossman School of Medicine reports to the Assistant Director of Continuing Medical Education. The position requires strong communications and organizational skills, excellent time management skills with an ability to prioritize, work well in a team setting, and show the flexibility to handle specific projects on an as-needed basis.
Proficiency in MS Office products, Adobe Acrobat Pro, databases and department specific applications. Effective organizational, communication and interpersonal skills required
To qualify you must have a Bachelors Degree and at least 3 years of experience in an office setting or equivalent combination of education and experience.
