Greets and interacts with patients, providers, co-workers, and families in a professional and courteous manner at all times. Responsible for maintaining and responding to electronic requests. Updates patient information and manages Patient Reception (Check-in/Check-out.) As assigned, accurately records all patient's records. Performs administrative duties and answers incoming phone calls professionally and in a timely fashion.

• HS Diploma or equivalent required

• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred

• Medical office administration and/or medical records experience preferred.

• Office Coordinators are required to travel between both the Haverhill and Newburyport offices when needed.
