Office Cleaner (P/T Evenings)

Employment Type : Full-Time

We are hiring friendly, reliable, general cleaners to work part-time evenings 5/5:30PM - 9/9:30PM Monday through Friday or 10:30AM to 2:30PM/3:30 to 7:30PM Monday through Friday (can be a full-time position).

Some jobs may require your own reliable vehicle due to the location; others are easily accessible on public transport (city).

Job Description

Examples of Responsibilities:

• Emptying trash/recycling
• High and low dusting
• Damp wiping/sanitizing horizontal surfaces (within reach)
• Vacuuming carpets, rugs, mats, etc.
• Sweeping or dust mopping hard surface floors and stairs
• Damp/wet mopping hard surface floors and stairs
• Cleaning, sanitizing and restocking kitchen/break areas/restrooms
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• Perform essential functions of the job satisfactorily
• Maintain a positive attitude and excellent work ethic
• Reliable
• Can work alone or as part of a team

Physical Requirements

Commercial cleaning requires extensive walking, standing, bending, lifting (up to 20lbs), stretching, pushing and pulling. In addition to stooping, kneeling or crouching; reaching with hands and arms; climbing stairs; talking and hearing.

Vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
