We are currently seeking an office assistant/receptionist for our office in Burton. The job is full-time and does included health insurance. The ideal candidate would have worked in a position verifying sub-contractor paperwork in the past and be comfortable taking direction from the CFO and office manager for additional tasks. Normal job functions will include: Receptionist Duties Sub-Contractor Verification Duties Accounts Receivable Assistant Duties General Office Duties The ideal candidate will have a great attention to detail and be reliable and trustworthy. You will need a basic understanding of computers. Prior experience with Quickbooks desktop versions as well as office applications, especially excel, will be of great help. Other computer applications will be taught as necessary. Terrific phone etiquette and ability to keep calm and work under pressure are vital to job success. Position is currently open and employer is hiring immediately. A wage of $40,000-$45,000 to start with room to grow as well as health insurance are being offered for this position.
